Need help with InvestCircles? Email dano46639@gmail.comand include the email address of your InvestCircles account so we can find it. Please don't include passwords or broker keys in the message.

Can't sign in?

• Email + password: use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link at your account email.
• Google / Apple sign-in: make sure you pick the same provider you registered with — accounts are per email address.
• Still stuck? Email us from the address on the account and describe what happens (screenshots help).

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and removes your profile, portfolios, connections and circle memberships, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you can't access the app, email us from the account's address and we will process the deletion for you.

Imports and connections

• CSV/Excel exports from your broker are the most reliable import path and are read on your device.
• If a statement can't be read, you can add positions manually in the review table — nothing is saved until you confirm it.
• Broker connections are read-only. Disconnecting a broker in Settings deletes its stored keys and synced positions.

Report a security issue

If you believe you found a vulnerability or that an account has been compromised, email dano46639@gmail.comwith "SECURITY" in the subject. Please report privately and give us a reasonable window to fix the issue before sharing it publicly.

Report abuse or objectionable content

Press and hold any chat message to report or block. Reports are reviewed and acted on as described in our Terms of Service. You can also report by email.

InvestCircles is not a broker, custodian or investment adviser. Support cannot give investment advice, execute or reverse trades, or contact your broker on your behalf — for anything involving your money or your brokerage account, contact the broker directly.
